摘要
目的比较两种清洗消毒方法对胃镜活检钳的清洗效果。方法将通过目测法、残留血和细菌检测法,对两组清洗方法清洗胃镜活检钳的效果进行检测比较。结果 A组酶洗+超声清洗+手工清洗方法和B组酶洗+超声清洗+手工清洗方法 +清洗机清洗方法,经目测法检测活检钳清洗效果合格率分别为98.7%和99.6%;隐血试验法检测清洗效果合格率分别为96.7%和100%;活菌数检测法检测清洗效果合格率分别为83.3%和100%;鲎试验检测法检测清洗效果分别为70.0%和100%。结论使用后胃镜活检钳采用酶洗+超声清洗+手工清洗+清洗机清洗法程序,清洗效果最佳。
Objective To compare the effects of two methods on cleaning gastroscope biopsy forceps.Methods Ocular estimate,residual blood detection and bacteria detection were used to compare cleaning effect of two method.Results Group A were cleaned by hand,enzyme and ultrasonic cleaning.Group B were cleaned by hand,enzyme,ultrasonic cleaning and cleaning machine.The pass rate were 98.7% and 99.6% by ocular estimate,96.7% and 100% by occult blood test,83.3% and 100% by viable count,70.0% and 100% by Limulus test.Conclusion The best method of gastroscope biopsy forceps cleaning is manual cleaning,enzyme,ultrasonic cleaning and cleaning machine.
