摘要
目的了解住院产妇医院感染现状,探讨控制医院感染的措施。方法用回顾性调查方法,对该医院2007-2009年期间30 315例分娩产妇医院感染发生状况进行了调查。结果连续3年住院产妇中发生医院感染203例,感染发生率为0.67%,总体呈逐年下降趋势。产妇医院感染发生部位依其发生率高低依次为:上呼吸道、宫腔、皮肤软组织、泌尿道、手术切口感染。结论该医院住院产妇医院感染发生率较低,且呈逐年降低趋势。
Objective To know the maternal hospital infection and explore the hospital infection control measurements.Methods Retrospective investigation was used to investigate 30 315 cases of maternal hospital childbirth infections in the hospital from 2007 to 2009.Results There were 203 cases of hospital infection in the consecutive three years,the infection rate was 0.67%.And the overall infection rate decreased year by year.The occurrence rate of site is as follows： upper respiratory tract,the uterine cavity,skin soft tissue,urinary tract,operation incision infection.Conclusion The hospital infection rate of maternity hospital is low,and reduced year by year.
