摘要
目的了解石墨炉原子吸收法测定乌鲁木齐市市售鸡肉组织中铅、镉的含量。方法采用微波消解技术,用硝酸和过氧化氢彻底消解样品,消解后的样品用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铅、镉。结果铅浓度在0~80.0μg/L、镉浓度在0~10.0μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数铅r=0.999 1,镉r=0.999 7;最低检出限铅为5.0μg/kg,镉为0.10μg/kg;相对标准偏差铅<7.7%,镉<8.1%;铅回收率93.6%~98.2%,镉回收率91.3%~95.3%。结论该方法能够检测鸡肉组织中铅和镉的含量。
Objective To investigate contents of lead and cadmium in chicken sold in Urumqi determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods Microwave digestion technique was taken to decompose chicken samples completely by nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide.And the lead and cadmium contents were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Results There was a good linear relationship at the concentration of 0-80.0 μg/L for lead and at 0-10.0 μg/L for cadmium;the correlation coefficient was 0.999 1 of lead and 0.999 7 of cadmium,with the detection limit of 5.0 μg/kg for lead and 0.10 μg/kg for cadmium;the relative standard deviation less than 7.7% for lead,and less than 8.1% for cadmium;recovery rate between 93.6%-98.2% for lead,and 91.3%-95.30% for cadmium.Conclusions The method can be used to detect the contents of lead and cadmium in chicken.
