解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效观察

Effect of anatomical locking plate on femoral intertrochanteric fractures

目的观察应用解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法 110例股骨粗隆间骨折患者分为2组,观察组57例应用解剖型锁定钢板治疗,对照组应用53例普通钢板治疗,观察2组临床疗效并进行比较。结果观察组手术时间和骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),失血量及术后引流量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者髋关节功能优51例,良6例,优良率100.0%;对照组患者髋关节功能优46例,良6例,差1例,优良率98.1%;2组患者髋关节功能优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切,且患者术中失血量少,术后骨折愈合快。

Objective To observe the effect of anatomical locking plate in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods One hundred and ten patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were divided into two groups.Fifty-seven patients of observation group were treated with anatomical locking plate,and fifty-three patients of control group were treated with ordinary plate.The clinical effect was observed and compared.Results Compared with control group,the operation time and fracture healing time were significantly shorter（P〈0.05）,and the blood loss volume and postoperative drainage volume were significantly fewer in observation group（P〈0.05）.In observation group,the hip joint function was excellent in fifty-one cases,good in six cases,the fineness rate was 100.0%;in control group,the hip joint function was excellent in forty-six cases,good in six cases,bad in one case,the fineness rate was 98.1%;there was no significant difference in the fineness rate between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Anatomical locking plate for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture can obtain preonunced curative effect with less blood loss and postoperative rapid fracture healing.
