活血通络解毒方治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

Research of Huoxuetongluojiedu Decoction on Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨活血通络解毒方治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),D-二聚体(D-Dimer),纤维蛋白原(Fig)水平的影响。方法将患者随机分成两组,对照组予基本治疗,治疗组加用活血通络解毒方,2周为1个疗程。在治疗之前及治疗第8日、第15日进行NIHSS评分并检测血中hs-CRP、D-Dimer、Fig含量。结果治疗第8日、第15日治疗组NIHSS评分降低较对照组更为明显,治疗第8日及第15日血清hs-CRP,D-Dimer,Fig含量下降较对照组更为明显,差异有统计学意义。结论活血通络解毒方可显著改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损程度评分,降低急性脑梗死患者血清中hs-CRP、D-Dimer、Fig含量。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effective of Huoxuetongluojiedu Decoction on patients with acute cerebral infarction and study the changes of the hs-CRP,the D-Dimer and the Fig.Methods：72 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The basic treatment was given in the control group and the Huoxuetongluojiedu Decoction was used in the treatment besides the basic treatment.A period of treatment was lasted for 2 weeks.Before treatment,the 8th day and the 15th day after treatment,72 patients were asked for NIHSS and detected in the concentrations of serum hs-CRP,D-Dimer and Fig.Results：These declines of treatment group in NIHSS were better than those of the controlled on the 8th day and the 15th day after treatment.Concentrations decreases such as the hs-CRP,the D-Dimer and the Fig were more obvious in the treatment.Conclusion：Huoxuetongluojiedu Decoction can decline the score of NIHSS on patients with acute cerebral infarction and reduce the concentration of serum hs-CRP,D-Dimer and Fig.It maybe have a good clinical application.
