摘要
目的评价实验室生物安全柜对微生物污染控制的效果。方法采用人工染菌和采样检测方法,检测和评价实验室生物安全柜在交叉污染、产品保护和人员保护测试方面的防护效果。结果交叉污染测试结果,细菌总数分别≤1 cfu/次;产品保护测试结果,细菌总数≤1 cfu/次;人员保护测试结果,撞击式采样器采集到细菌总数为2cfu/次,狭缝式采样器采集到细菌总数均为≤1 cfu/次。结论本次检测的生物安全柜的安全性能指标符合国际通用要求,具有较好的安全性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of microbial contamination control by class Ⅱ laboratory biosafety cabinets.Method Artificial contamination and sampling testing were used to detect and evaluate the effect of laboratory biosafety cabinets in protection of cross-contamination,product protection and personnel protection.Results The numbers of total colony units were all ≤1 cfu each time in cross-contamination protection test and product protection test.In personnel protection test,The numbers of total colony units were 2 cfu each time using percussive sampler and ≤1 cfu each time using slit sampler respectively.Conclusion The laboratory biosafety cabinets in the tests had a good safety performance and accorded with the general international requirement.
