摘要
以粗叠合汽油为原料,采用自制的催化剂,进行叠合生产柴油实验室研究。确定的催化剂载体为中孔-Al2O3,考察了金属负载量、助催化剂对催化性能的影响,同时,进行了催化剂制备条件的研究。实验结果表明,在Ni质量分数为8%、助催化剂Sn质量分数为1.0%,催化剂浸渍时间为6 h,焙烧温度和焙烧时间分别为500℃、4 h的条件下,所制备得到的催化剂的催化性能、稳定性和再生性能最佳。通过实验室运转证明,在反应压力1.0 MPa、反应温度200℃、空速1.0 h-1的条件下,所得叠合柴油的体积收率为45.3%,且符合-35#柴油质量标准。
Taking crude polymer gasoline as raw material,the laboratory research of producing diesel oil with self-made catalyst was carried out.Mesoporous ?-Al2O3 was used as the catalyst support,influence of active metal capacity and promoter on performance of the catalyst was investigated,and preparation condition of the catalyst was studied.The results show that when Ni mass fraction is 8%,catalytic promoter mass fraction is 1.0%,soakage time is 6 h,calcination temperature is 500 ℃ and calcination time is 4 h,prepared catalyst has better catalytic performance,stability and regeneration performance.When the reaction temperature is 200 ℃,pressure is 1.0 MPa and volume space velocity is 1.0 h-1,the volume yield of obtained diesel oil can reach 45.3%,and the diesel oil can meet the quality specification of-35# diesel.
