青少年哮喘患者生活质量与焦虑、抑郁的关系

Correlation between quality of life,anxiety and depression in juveniles with bronchial asthma

目的探讨青少年哮喘患者生活质量与其焦虑、抑郁的相关性。方法调查在我院诊治过的120例青少年哮喘患者及110例健康对照者,采用自制一般资料调查表、哮喘生活质量调查问卷、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表进行数据收集。结果哮喘患者生活质量总体情况较差,影响因素依次为病程、性别、过去6个月有无发生过重度哮喘;焦虑与生活质量(P<0.05)、情感(P<0.01)及总分(P<0.05)存在相关性。结论青少年哮喘患者生活质量较差,病程长、女性及过去6个月发生重度哮喘是影响生活质量的危险因素,焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪与生活质量相互影响。

Objective To study the correlation between quality of life,anxiety and depression in juveniles with bronchial asthma.Methods Clinical data about 118 juveniles with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital and 110 healthy controls were collected with self-designed questionnaires of general data and quality of life,self-rating anxiety scale,and self-rating depression scale.Results The quality of life in juveniles with bronchial asthma was rather poor.Its influencing factors were disease course,gender,and no occurrence of severe asthma in the past 6 months.Anxiety was correlated with the quality of life,emotion and total score（P0.05）.Conclusion The quality of life in juveniles with bronchial asthma is rather poor.Long disease course,female,and occurrence of severe asthma in the past 6 months are the risk factors for the quality of life.Anxiety,depression and quality of life may influence each other.
