On The Sustainable Development Of Competitive Sports In China Combining With The Last Seven Olympic Games

通过对中国参加近7届奥运会各运动项目的获奖情况分析,得出中国竞技体育后备人才的培养不足。因此,探讨如何根据运动员的培养方式,造就高水平的竞技体育后备人才是我国在竞技体育舞台可持续发展的必要条件之一。为促进中国竞技体育的可持续发展以下几方面不容缺失:①走"教体结合教育先导"的培养模式;②注重高水平运动员与基层运动队员之间的经验交流;③国家对体育事业的宏观调控。

From the winning awards in each event of the last seven Olympic Games,there are still short of supportive talents in China.This papaer discusses how to cultivate high-level athletic reserve talents,which is the essential requirements of sustainable development in competitive sports of China.The authors offered the following proposals：（1） Taking the ＂combination of education the leading＂ training model,（2） Paying attention to exchange of experience between high level athletes and the basic-level players;（3） The macroeconomic control by the government.
