摘要
运用测试法、问卷调查法及文献资料法等,以舞龙舞狮运动为锻炼手段,将36名大学生4个月前、后的身心健康指标进行对比分析,组间差异性采用t检验。结果显示:经过舞龙舞狮训练的大学生,身心健康指标有明显改善,长期练习舞龙舞狮可以提高大学生的身心健康,能够促进大学生的全面发展。
Dragon and lion dance movement for the purpose of college students to explore physical and mental development.In this paper,using the methods of literature,interview,experiment,and statistical analysis to campaign for the exercise means dragon and lion dances,students will be 36 four months ago,after the physical and mental health indicators for comparative analysis of differences between groups of t-test.After the results of dragon and lion dance training,the students health indicators have improved significantly.Conclusions Long-term exercise of the dragon and lion dances can improve physical and mental health of university students and promote the comprehensive development of students.
