网球专项教学中竞技能力培养探讨

Discussion On Training The Students' Competitive Ability In The Special Tennis Class

采用问卷调查法、观察法和访谈法,以网球专选班学生为研究对象,对学生在比赛过程中的技战术表现进行统计,并对学生的心理、智能进行调查和访谈。针对竞技能力的技术、战术、体能、心理、智能5个构成要素,分析学生网球竞技能力在实战中的表现特征;进一步提出网球专项教学中竞技能力培养对策,旨在提高学生网球竞技能力,同时为网球专项教学的开展提供科学借鉴。

It is an important objective and task for the special teaching of tennis to cultivate the competitive ability.Using the research methods of literature,investigation and interview and regarding the students in the special tennis class as the research subjects,the article statistically analyzes the technique and tactics application throughout the whole competition and evaluates the psychology and intelligence in the match.According to five major elements of competitive ability,including skill,tactics,fitness,psychology and intelligence,the article explores the expressed features of the students＇ competitive ability in tennis match,and then puts forward proposals about cultivation of the tennis students＇ competitive ability.The aim of the article is to improve the training level and athletic ability of students in the special tennis class,as well as to provide reference to the tennis teaching in P.E.institutes and universities.
