通过在遮弹板下方设置空气分散层进行化爆试验研究,得出了在遮弹板不被贯穿的情况下,爆炸冲击波在空气分散层中的传播及衰减规律:空气分散层对爆炸产生的冲击波具有非常好的分散效果,在相同遮弹板厚度及比例爆距为0.24~0.98的情况下,采用空气分散层后的冲击波入射参数是采用普通粗砂分散层的0.8%~33%,是自由场中冲击波入射参数的0.8%~12.5%;比例爆距越小,空气分散层的消波效果越明显,尤其是在比例爆距小于1.23的情况下,空气分散层的消波效果明显优于不设置遮弹层的自由场大气和粗砂分散层;并据此拟合出爆炸冲击波超压峰值的计算公式,给出了其适用范围,以用于指导工程设计及工程加固改造。
Based on the explosion experiment in which the air dispersion layer was arranged below the burster layer,the paper gives the following propagation and attenuation laws of the explosive shock wave in the air dispersion layer with the burster layer not perforated. The air dispersion layer has a very good dispersive effect on the explosion shock wave. In the case of the same cover plate thickness and the blast ratio of 0. 24 - 0. 98, the incident shock wave dispersion parameters in the air dispersion layer is 0. 8% -33% of the ordinary coarse sand dispersion layer, and 0. 8% - 12. 5% of free-field atmosphere. The smaller the blast ratio is, the more obvious the attenuating effect on the explosion shock wave from the air dispersion layer will be. In particular, when the blast ratio is 1.23, the attenuating effect on the explosion shock wave from the air dispersion layer with the burster layer covering is much better than that from the ordinary coarse sand dispersion layer or free-field atmosphere without the burster layer. And then the paper fits out the formulation on peak overpressure of shock wave, giving its scope of application, in order to guide the engineering design and the engineering reinforcement and transformation.
