摘要
为提高橡木的防腐耐久性,并赋予橡木美丽的色彩,首先对其进行乙酰化改性,然后分别用6种分散染料进行染色,探索染色温度、染色时间和染料用量,对乙酰化橡木染色和上染率的影响。结果表明,乙酰化橡木染色后的颜色与对应染料染色涤纶织物的颜色接近,实现了分散染料用于乙酰化改性橡木的染色,为彩色乙酰化橡木板材染色工艺参数确定提供参考。
The authors improved oak sliced veneer durability and surface color quality by modifying it through acetylation and then dyed the oak sliced veneer with 6 different dispersant dyes.The results indicated that dye uptake increased when increasing temperature and duration.The acetylated oak sample's stain color was similar to that of dyed polyester fabric.
