摘要 目的探讨正常成人受试者的性别、年龄、文化程度对记忆扫视的影响。方法对143例正常成人受试者进行记忆扫视试验,分析性别、年龄、文化程度对记忆扫视速度、潜伏期和准确度的影响。结果 143例受试者记忆扫视速度均值为207.73±39.70 d/s(95%可信区间:129.92~285.54),潜伏期均值为(410.87±103.10)ms(95%可信区间:208.79~612.946),准确度均值为(80.68±10.77)%(95%可信区间:63.45~97.91);不同性别、年龄、文化程度的正常成人受试者记忆扫视速度、潜伏期和准确度无显著差异(P值均>0.05)。结论正常成人记忆扫视不受性别、年龄、文化程度的影响。 Objective To investigate the effect of gender, age, education on memory-guided saccade (MGS) in healthy adults. Methods Memory-guided saccade test was performed in 143 health adults, and the results were analyzed to explore whether gender, age and education have influence on the velocity, latency and accuracy of memory-guided saccade. Results The 143 subjects, the mean velocity was (207.73±39.70) d/s (95% CI: 129.92±285.54) , the mean latency was (410.87 ± 103. 10) ms (95% CI: 208.79 -612. 946) ,and the mean accuracy was (80.68±10.77)% (95% CI: 63.45 97.91). There is no significant difference in the velocity, latency and accuracy of memory-guided saccade between the groups of different age, sex and education(all P 〉 0.05). Conclusions There is no significant effect of gender, age and education on memory-guided saccade in healthy adults.
