Rhamnolipid is one of the biosurfactant which has a great function on emulsification,solubilisation,and can reduce interfacial tension.The structure and manufacturing methods of rhamnolipid are introduced.The research progress of rhamnolipid in petroleum industry is summarized.The research hot spots and existing problems of rhamnolipid are discussed,and the future development trends are prospected.
