摘要
从农村合作医疗制度的产生、发展、萎缩、重建阶段以及今天新型农村合作医疗制度的推行这一历史路径的分析,总结农村合作医疗制度的经验、教训,并结合昭通市的实际情况,进一步思考如何实现农村医疗保障制度的可持续发展。
Through studying the establishment, the development, the regression and the reconstruction of the Rural Cooperative Medical System as well as the implementation of the new Rural Cooperative Medical System, this paper is intended to sum up the experience and the lessons of this system and find out how to achieve the sustainable development of the Rural Cooperative Medical System in accordance with Zhaotong＇s actual conditions.
