Faced with the new start-point,new situation, new task and new requirement,officials in newly-bulit colleges should have unswerving ideological and political beliefs, extensive knowledge, high morality and the innovative spirit to keep up with the pace of the times. They should also have the excellent ability for communication and coordination,and the healthy physical and mental quality and try to meet the ten requirements and be loyal and dedicated to the work as well as remain impartial and responsible. During the special period when a college is newly bulit, we should set the sound,extraordinary and innovative development as the guideline and in accordance with the requirement raised by the market,the com- petition and the the regional economic and social development, try to tap and activate and strengthen the advantages of college＇s officials in order to comlpete their duties assigned by the organization through the outstanding leading method and art.
