摘要
教师个人理论直接影响到教师对教育教学事实和问题的认识和理解,决定着他们的自身专业化发展水平。新课改下教师教育理念的"固化"、专业自主权受到"挤压"、技术取向的"阻碍"以及理论的"失衡"影响了教师个人理论的形成,阻碍了教师专业化发展。
Teachers individual theory directly affects the teachers awareness and understanding in teaching,and also determines their professional development level.Under the background of new curriculum reform,the education philosophy's solidification,professional autonomy extrusion,technology value orientation block and the education theory limitations affect the teachers individual theory and hinder the professional development.
