摘要
制定了测试方案,完成了对ZW-3/7无油压缩机正常工况下的振动测试,通过分析振动原因,提出了主动隔振应对措施。结合测试获得的压缩机频谱信息,计算得到隔振器刚度和固有频率,并利用主动隔振绝对传递率验证了隔振设计是合理有效的。
Foundation vibration and noise testing schemes for ZW-3/7 reciprocation compressor were made and implemented;and causes of vibration and noise were analyzed to propose an active vibration isolation method.Integrating the compressor spectrum information from test results with the calculated isolator rigidity and natural frequency,as well as the isolator absolute transmissibility can verify the reasonability and efficiency of this isolation design.
