摘要
采用2因素3水平正交试验对传统的滚筒栅条式红枣分级装置进行了优化设计及试验,研究了不同螺旋螺距和滚筒转速对红枣混级率和生产效率的影响.结果表明:内螺旋螺距对分级装置的影响较大,优化后的内螺旋螺距为60mm,滚筒转速为32r/min.
The traditional drum grid type jujube grading device was optimized by two factors and three levels orthogonal experiment.The better spiral pitch and rev of cylinder was determined by test.The optimization result shows that the spiral pitch plays a key role in the grading device.The optimized spiral pitch was 40 mm,and the rev of cylinder was 32 r/min.
