自体免疫疗法治疗扁平疣疗效观察

Efficacy of body immunotherapy for flat warts

目的:探讨自体免疫疗法治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:将97例患者随机分为两组,治疗组:62例,采用自体免疫疗法;对照组:35例,采用抗病毒药物聚肌胞2～4ml肌内注射,隔日1次,疗程4～6周。结果:6个月内治疗组的有效率为88.7%,对照组有效率为42.8%,两组有效率比较差异有显著性差异(χ2=23.42,P<0.05)。治愈病例门诊随访2个月未见复发。结论:自体免疫疗法治疗扁平疣治愈率高,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of immune therapy for flat warts. Methods 97 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 62 cases of autoimmune therapy; control group of 35 patients with antiviral drugs Polyinosinic 2-4mL intramuscular injection, once every other day, the course of 4~6 week. Results The effective rate of treatment group within six months was 88.7%, the control group was 42.8% .The two groups difference have efficiently statistically significant （χ^2=23.42, P〈0.05）.Cured Conclusion The cure rate self of immune therapy for flat warts is cases of out-patient follow-up 2 months no recurrence high, low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
