摘要
目的:比较在不同载荷下,使用Vi t al l i um 2000 pl us铸造支架分裂基托设计与普通可摘活动义齿对基牙和缺牙区粘膜受力的影响。方法:选择双侧上颌第二双尖牙、第一二磨牙缺失伴余留牙牙槽骨吸收1/2的中年男性患者1例,通过螺旋CT扫描、Pro/Engi neer建模、ANSYS软件进行网格化分和三维有限元分析,观察基牙和缺牙区粘膜受力情况。结果:使用分裂基托修复双侧末端游离缺失设计后,在模拟正中颌位的垂直方向咬合与模拟咀嚼功能的侧向咬合过程中,义齿基托下方的粘膜受力更加平衡和均匀,邻近缺隙的末端基牙受力较普通义齿设计受力明显下降。结论:Vi t al l i um 2000 pl us铸造支架分裂基托设计利于分散人工牙受力,对基牙和缺牙区粘膜具有明显保护作用。
Objective TO compare the stress distribution in abutment teeth and alveolar mucosa under different loading between split major connector design of Vitallium 2000 plus and traditional design removable partial denture. Methods 1 middle-age male patient with upper lateral second bicuspid and molars missing was chosen,the residual alveolar bone was 1/2 lost.The stress distribution in abutment teeth and alveolar mucosa was observed by spiral CT scanning, Pro/Engineer modeling,3-dimensional finite element analysis using ANSYS software. Results With the design of split major connector,the stress distribution is more balanced under the base of removable partial denture and the abutment teeth than the traditional design both under the central occlusion and lateral occlusion. Conclusion The split major connector design of Vitallium 2000 plus removable partial denture is propitious to detract the stress of the denture,and
