树脂基透波混凝土材料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据有效媒质理论,具有电磁波透射性能的混凝土材料各组分应具有低的介电常数和电导率。采用环氧树脂和不饱和聚酯树脂作为胶凝材料,制备树脂基透波混凝土样品,采用搭建的点频测试系统和扫频测试系统对各个样品的透波率进行测试。结果表明:树脂基透波混凝土样品的透射率达63%~81%,明显优于普通混凝土。 According to the effective medium theory,the components of concrete materials with microwave-transmission properties should have low permittivity and conductivity.By the use of epoxy resin and unsaturated polyester resins as the cementing materials,the resin-based microwave-transparent cement concrete samples were manufactured.Microwave-transmission ratios of the samples were tested by the use of point-frequency and swept-frequency test system.The results indicate that the microwave-transmission ratios of resin-based concrete samples reach 58% to 81%,which are much better than those of ordinary concrete.
