摘要
针对目前发动机关键部件修复存在的问题,对铁基纳米复合镀层用于发动机关键部件的修复进行研究。设计了研究方案,阐述铁基纳米复合镀层制备所需设备、材料、镀液成分及工艺过程,进行结合强度、耐磨性、硬度等物理力学特性测验,并对发动机关键部件——曲轴修复进行试验研究,阐述试验过程,获得试验数据。该技术能满足发动机关键部件修复需要。
In order to solve the problems that exist in the repairing of engine key parts,iron-based nano-alumina compound coating was studied.The research scheme was established,and the necessary facilities,materials,plating liquid component and procedure were outlined.A series of experiments including bonding strength,wear resistance and hardness were done.And the experimental study on repairing crankshaft was carried out.The conclusion is that the technology can meet requirements in the repairing engine key parts.
