摘要 研究晶化退火处理工艺对Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9纳米晶软磁材料磁性能及性能一致性的影响。结果表明:分级晶化退火处理后,样品晶化析出α-Fe(Si)纳米相的晶化热提前释放,晶化退火温度得到有效控制,获得较好的磁性能和较高的性能一致性;H2的高热导率和还原特性,可提高晶化热处理过程中炉内的温度均匀性,有利于提高样品的磁性能和小批量试制时样品性能的一致性。 The effect of crystallization annealing process on magnetic properties and property consistency of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials was researched.It shows that good magnetic properties and high property consistency are obtained through grade crystallization annealing,due to that crystallization annealing temperature is effectively controlled for the crystallization precipitation of α-Fe(Si) nanocrystalline phase crystallization.To prevent sample oxidation,H2 was chosen to fill the furnace.It also helps to improve magnetic properties and consistency of the trial batch due to its high thermal conductivity and reduction characteristics.
