S390拉线刀材料的应用研究

摘要 通过S390钢和Co5Si钢两种拉线刀材料的对比试验,研究淬火和回火温度对硬度的影响。结果表明:随淬火温度升高,硬度呈缓慢下降趋势。当回火温度为500~550℃,两种材料的回火硬度分别达到最高值,且S390钢拉线刀性能优于Co5Si钢。经生产考核,S390钢拉线刀完全达到技术指标要求,使用寿命延长。 The study of cable cutter material has practical value.Through contrast test between the two wire cutter materials of S390 steel and Co5Si steel,the effect of quenching and tempering temperature on hardness was studied.The results show that with the increase of quenching temperature,hardness decreases slowly.When the tempering temperature is at 500~550℃,the hardness of two kinds of material reaches the highest value.The cable cutting performance of S390 steel is better than that of Co5Si steel.Through production examination,S390 steel cable cutter can completely meet technical requirements,and has a long service life,and is worthy to be recommended to practical use.
