水平连铸QSn6.5-0.1组织元胞自动机模拟

CA(Cellular Automaton) Simulation of Microstructure of Horizontal Continuous Casting QSn6.5-0.1 Alloy

摘要 利用有限差分数值处理方法,研究了QSn6.5-0.1锡磷青铜水平连铸过程中,板坯液芯长度与水冷强度的关系,同时利用元胞自动机方法(CA)模拟了在水冷强度为2500W/(m2.K)下锡磷青铜板坯横截面组织的形成过程。研究发现,利用元胞自动机方法可以很好地预测水平连铸过程中晶粒组织的形成过程。 Based on the finite differential method,the relationship between the liquid core length of the sheet and water cooling strength was analyzed during continuous casting process of QSn6.5-0.1 alloy.Meanwhile,the evolution of microstructure in cross section of QSn6.5-0.1 alloy was also simulated by the cellular automaton method at the 2 500 W/(m2·K).Compared with the experimental results,it is found that the CA method can well predict the grains growth in QSn6.5-0.1 alloy during continuous casting process.
