Manufacturing of Excavator Bucket Teeth by Composite Technology of Vacuum Investment Casting Combining with Steel Ball Chilling Vibration

摘要 挖掘机斗齿是挖掘机中的易磨损件,铸件要求齿尖高硬度,具有高耐磨性,其他部位有高的强韧性。基于真空熔模钢丸激冷振动复合铸造工艺,成功生产出高强度、高韧性挖掘机斗齿。经过热处理后,性能明显优于其他方法生产出的产品性能,硬度(HRC)为50,冲击韧度为21.3J.cm-2,抗拉强度为1673MPa,且获得了更多的马氏体组织。相对普通熔模铸件,耐磨性提高了70%。 Due to easy to wear,Excavator's teeth requires high hardness and high wear resistance for teeth tip as well as high strength and toughness for the other.Based on composite technology of vacuum investment casting combining with steel shot chilling and vibration,bucket teeth of excavator was manufactured successfully with high strength and high toughness.After heat treatment,properties of the bucket teeth are obviously superior to ones produced by other technologies.Hardness and impact toughness,tensile strength of the bucket teeth reach HRC50,21.3 J·cm-2 and 1 673 MPa,respectively.Meanwhile,the more martensite structure can be observed in the castings.Wear resistance is increased by 1.7 times compared with those by other technologies.
