摘要 成肌纤维细胞(myofibroblast,MF)是介于平滑肌细胞(smooth muscle)和成纤维细胞(fibroblast)之间的一种细胞。它被公认为在伤口愈合和各种组织纤维化的过程中起关键作用。该文从信号转导角度介绍了纤溶酶系统(plasminogensystem)与成肌纤维细胞细胞凋亡之间的联系,通过对纤溶酶系统的调节,可以影响到人体各处组织中MF的凋亡和分化,进而缓解甚至治疗相应的疾病。最新的研究结果表明,PAI-1的小分子抑制剂和他汀类药物可以通过纤溶酶系统来影响MF的凋亡,它们有望成为治疗组织纤维化的新药。 A myofibroblast(MF) is a kind of cell between a fibroblast and a smooth muscle cell in differentiation.It is convinced to play a critical role during the regeneration of wound healing and tissue fibrosis.This article elucidates the relationship between the plasminogen system and the apoptosis of MF in the pathway of signal transduction.The regulation of the plasminogen system affects MF apoptosis and differentiation,leading to alleviating or even to treating the diseases related.The latest investigations suggest that the small molecule inhibitor of PAI-1 and statins can affect the apoptosis of MF through the plasminogen system,which may become a new drug for the treatment of tissue fibrosis.
