脊索瘤的临床病理研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 脊索瘤(chordoma)是起源于胚胎时期残余脊索组织的一种罕见骨肿瘤,呈低至中度恶性,包含上皮和间叶组织两种成分。脊索瘤呈缓慢的侵袭性生长,以手术治疗为主,但术后复发率高。其对传统放、化疗不敏感,常发生局部浸润或远处转移,预后较差。该文现对有关脊索瘤的临床病理研究最新进展作一综述。
