大黄素抑制Lovo细胞迁移与黏附的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨大黄素对lovo细胞与内皮细胞迁移和黏附的影响。方法采用MTT法检测大黄素对Lovo细胞和HUVECs增殖的影响,分光光度法检测大黄素对Lovo细胞与HUVECs黏附的影响,Transwell双层小室观察大黄素对Lovo细胞迁移穿过单层HUVECs的影响。结果与对照组比较,10~40μmol/L大黄素对Lovo细胞和HUVECs增殖无显著性影响(P>0.05);与对照组比较,大黄素能够降低Lovo细胞与内皮细胞的黏附(P<0.05),并显著减少迁移与穿过单层HUVECs的Lovo细胞数目(P<0.05)。结论大黄素具有抑制肿瘤细胞与内皮细胞的黏附以及肿瘤细胞迁移穿过内皮细胞的作用,提示其具有抗肿瘤转移的潜能。
