矿物质与骨代谢紊乱增加慢性肾脏病患者病死率 被引量:8

摘要 慢性肾脏病一矿物质与骨代谢紊乱(CKD—MBD)包括在CKD患者中出现的矿物质代谢紊乱、肾性骨营养不良和血管钙化。在CKD患者,矿物质代谢紊乱表现为血钙磷失衡、维生素D缺乏、继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进、成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)增加;肾性骨营养不良表现为骨质疏松和(或)高转化性、低转化性、混合性骨病;
