甲状旁腺腺瘤合并高钙危象两例的诊治 被引量：1

摘要 病例1患者，女性，55岁，教师。因“口干、纳差、呕吐半个月余”入院。患者于半个月前无明显诱因出现口干、纳差、食欲减退。近10d来进食后感恶心、呕吐，呕吐物为胃内容物，无咖啡渣样物。无腹痛、腹泻、黑便、发热、头痛等不适，无骨痛、关节肿胀。在当地医院胃镜检查示：慢性浅表性胃炎伴糜烂，十二指肠球炎。给予保护胃黏膜、抑酸治疗，症状无明显改善。
