他克莫司软膏联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎39例

Thirty-nine Cases of Hormone-dependent Facial Dermatitis Treated with Tacrolimus Ointment and Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Gel

目的观察他克莫司软膏联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效。方法将入选的78例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者采用随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组和对照组各39例,治疗组外用他克莫司软膏联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶,对照组外用他克莫司软膏,两组患者疗程均为1个月,治疗结束后随访3周。结果治疗组和对照组经过1个月治疗后,有效率分别为69.23%和58.97%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);红斑起效迅速,脱屑、丘疹、脓疱次之,色素沉着、毛细血管扩张、皮肤萎缩改善甚微;治疗结束后3周时对照组复发率(56.52%)明显高于治疗组(18.52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外用他克莫司软膏联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效优于单纯外用他克莫司软膏,并可显著降低停用他克莫司软膏后的复发现象。

Objective To observe the effect of tacrolimus ointment and recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel on hormone-dependent facial dermatitis.Methods Divided the selected 78 patients of hormone-dependent facial dermatitis into two groups randomly,every group had 39 patients,treatment group used the tacrolimus ointment and recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel externally,while the control group used tacrolimus ointment externally.The courses of treatment for both groups were 1 month.Keep track of them for 3 weeks at the end of the course.Results At 1 month later of treatment,the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were respectively 69.23% and 58.97%.There were no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.There was quick effective for erythema,a little slower effective for desquamation,pimples,and pustules and little improvement for pigmentation,telangiectasia and atrophoderma.In the following 3 weeks,the reoccurrence rate for the control group was 56.52%,obviously higher than 18.52% of treatment group.There are significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of tacrolimus ointment and recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel is better than only treated with tacrolimus ointment,or human epidermal growth factor gel,the re-occurrrednce rate is lower after the treatment.
