讨论了建立一个以培养创新精神和创新能力为核心的实验教学新体系所要进行的几项工作与前提，介绍了我校电工电子教学基地在创建实验教学新体系的一些做法。

In this paper discusse few of works which are necessary for set-upping a new system for experi- ment teaching around trainning the spirit and ability of creativeness,and introduce few of works for set-up- ping experiment system in the electrical and electronic teaching base of our university.
