摘要
目的:比较4种材料非创伤性修复治疗(araumatic rstorative teatment,ART)方法修复后牙邻面洞时的压缩强度和破坏模式。方法:选择新鲜拔除的无龋第三磨牙80个,模拟ART方法将其制备成邻牙合面洞后随机分为4组,分别用Z350XT、BEAUTIFILⅡ、FUJI IX、FUJIⅦ充填后,沿牙体长轴从充填体正中剖开,其中一半在5~55℃条件下冷热循环5 000次,另一半室温自来水中保存1周后,分别用自凝树脂包埋牙根部分,在材料试验机上测试压缩强度,并观察其破坏模式,数据用方差分析和t检验进行统计分析。结果:Z350XT、BEAUTI-FILⅡ修复后所承受的载荷均明显高于其他两种玻璃离子,有统计学意义(P=0.05)。两种树脂以及两种玻璃离子之间相比无显著性差异(P﹥0.05)。破坏模式结果:Z350XT、BEAUTIFILⅡ既有粘结破坏也有牙体或修复体的内聚破坏,但玻璃离子均为修复体的内聚破坏,个别有联合牙体破坏。结论:ART方法修复后牙邻牙合面洞时,BEAUTIFILⅡ在压缩强度、破坏模式方面都具有明显优势,是目前ART方法的良好材料。
AIM: To compare the compressive strength and fracture mode of ART (atraumatic restorative treatment) class II cavities which are restored with four kinds of dental materials. METHODS: Eighty fveshly extvat- ed, caries -free third molars were randomly allocated to the four test groups. Large class II cavities were drilled and restored with ART method using Z350XT , BEAUTIFIL 11 , FUJI IX and FUJI VII. Half of the samples in each test group were thermocycled for 5 000 times between 5℃ and 55℃, the others were stored in tap water for one week. Af- ter restorations were performed, all specimens were imbedded into autopolymer resin blocks, leaving the enamel-ce- ment-line just visible. The restorations were statically tested at the marginal ridge until failure to record the compres- sive strength and the fracture mode. ANOVA and t-test were used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: Restorations with Z350XT and BEAUTIFIL Ⅱ had statistically significant higher mean compressive strength value at final breaking point than those of the two glass - ionomers (P = 0.05 ). There was no statistically significant difference between the two resins and the two glass-ionomers(P 〉0.05). Z350XT and BEAUTIFIL Ⅱ showed both adhesive failure and co- hesive failure of teeth and restoration. However, the glass-ionomers showed cohesive failure of restoration, with little adhesive failure. CONCLUSION: BEAUTIFIL Ⅱ is the most suitable material for ART of class Ⅱ cavities.
