Cortisomol糊剂用于感染根管充填的临床疗效

Clinical evaluation of the effect of Cortisomol sealer on infected root canal therapy

目的:对Cortisomol糊剂用于感染根管充填的临床疗效进行评价。方法:选择18～60岁慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎病人151例共160个患牙,常规根管预备后,随机分为实验组和对照组各80个患牙。实验组采用Cortisomol糊剂加牙胶尖充填根管,对照组采用碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖充填,观察根充后3 d、1周后反应,并观察术后1年的临床疗效。结果:术后3 d、1周,实验组术后反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1年,两组临床疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Cortisomol根充糊剂可明显减少根管后反应,有较好的临床疗效。

AIM ： To evaluate the clinical effect of Cortisomol sealer on infected root canal therapy （RCT）. METHODS： The selected 160 teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups, the 80 teeth in experimental group were treated with Cortisomol sealer in root canal filling and the other 80 teeth in control group were treated with iodoform zinc oxide - eugenol sealer in root canal filling. The occurrence of pain on day 3 and one week after treatment of recorded and the clinical operation effects were evaluated after one year. RESULTS： The occurrence of pain was on day 3 and one week after treatment was siginificantly lower in experimental group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No signif- icant difference in the success rate of RCT treatment was found between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION ： RCT treatment with Cortisomol sealer for root canal filling can significantly reduce postoperative pain, hence shows bet- ter clinical effect in RCT treatment. Cortisomol sealer is worth to be widely used in RCT.
