尿毒症并发双侧股四头肌肌腱断裂一例报告 被引量：9

摘要 尿毒症反复透析的患耆可出现自发性肌腱断裂，或在轻微外力作用下发生肌腱断裂。其原因是反复透析导致继发性甲状旁腺机能亢进、活性维生素D缺乏、代谢性酸中毒，造成Ⅳ型胶原蛋白异常．引起肌腱弹性组织变性。
