炎症与干细胞:niche——不只是温床 被引量:1

摘要 干细胞(stem cell)是一种未充分分化、尚不成熟的细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能。由于干细胞具有再生各种组织器官甚至人体的潜在功能,医学界称之为“万用细胞”。根据干细胞所处的发育阶段分为胚胎干细胞(embryonic stem cell)和成体干细胞(somatic sten cell)。干细胞的发育受多种内在机制和微环境因素的影 响。
