新生儿专科临床药师工作的实践与展望 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结新生儿专科临床药师的药学服务经验,并探讨儿童专科医院临床药师工作切入点。方法结合临床典型案例,阐述新生儿专科临床药师具体工作内容。结果新生儿专科临床药师在新生儿重症监护病房(MCU)的药物遴选、用药方案调整、不良反应识别与处理,治疗药物监测结果解读等方面起到了不可取代的重要作用。结论新生儿专科临床药师工作在我院已初见成效。今后工作中,临床药师仍应立足临床,发挥专业特长,以患儿为中心,促进临床安全、合理地用药。
