摘要
选取可用于制革的无灰膨胀剂,通过考察废液中的蛋白质含量,膨胀率、膨胀过程以及膨胀后的组织切片,从膨胀效果,成本和环保综合考虑,结果发现:硅酸钠的胺碱复合物(SSN-Na)、磷酸三钠的胺碱复合物(简称SPN-Na)2种膨胀材料可以成为一种可替代传统氢氧化钙膨胀的新方法。
No - liming swelling agent was used to substitute for calcium hydroxide in liming process. In order to test swelling effect, the protein content of waste water and swelling rate were determined, and the section microscope graph of hide with different swelling methods were observed. The results indicate that according to factors such as selling performance, cost value and en- vironmental friendly, sodium silicate pegamine (SSN- Na) compound and trisodium phosphate pegamine (SPN- Na) could be used to replace traditional calcium hydroxide
