原发性皮肤CD30^+间变大细胞淋巴瘤1例 被引量：3

摘要 1病历摘要 患者女，68岁。右大腿及臀部斑块伴瘙痒5个月余于2010年11月30日就诊。患者5个月前于右大腿部出现一处红斑，伴轻度瘙痒，末予重视，以后皮损渐扩大、增多，渐扩展至右臀部。皮损处轻度瘙痒。外用多种药膏（具体不详）治疗无效。
