初诊2型糖尿病患者血γ-谷氨酰转肽酶与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:3

Relationship of serum glutamyltransferase activity and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法 244例初诊T2DM患者根据GGT水平分为四组:A组60例(GGT 8-19U/L),B组62例(GGT 20-27U/L),C组63例(GGT 28-37U/L),D组59例(GGT 38-163U/L)。B超检查测定颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)。结果颈动脉粥样硬化的检出率从A组到D组逐渐增高(P<0.05)。与A组比较,D组IMT明显增厚[(1.08±0.36)mm vs.(0.81±0.37)mm](P<0.05)。多元线性逐步回归分析显示,ITM与GGT、收缩压、体重指数及甘油三酯呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者血GGT水平的升高与IMT关系密切,可能作为预测动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因子。 Objective To explore the relationship between γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT)and carotid atherosclerosis in the patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods A total of 244 newly diagnosed T2DM cases was assigned,based on serum level of GGT,into 4 groups of A(60 cases,GGT 8-19 U/L),B(62 cases, GGT 20-27 U/L),C(63 cases,GGT 28-37 U/L) and D(59 cases,GGT 38-163 U/L). The intima-media thickness(IMT) of carotid was measured with high-resolution ultrasound. Results The detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis was in an order of group Dgroup Cgroup Bgroup A(P0.05).IMT of carotid was greater in group D than that in group A[(1.08±0.36) mm vs.(0.81±0.37) mm](P0.05). Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that ITM of carotid was positively correlated with SBP,GGT,BMI and TG(P0.05). Conclusion Serum level of GGT is closely related to IMT of carotid in T2DM cases,which may be taken as an independent risk factor for predicting atherosclerosis.
