鼻咽癌组织中钙黏蛋白和MMP-2的表达 被引量:2

Expressions of E-cadherin and MMP-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-Cad)和基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化检测E-Cad与MMP-2蛋白在鼻咽癌组织标本52例(A组)和正常鼻咽部黏膜标本20例(B组)的表达;A组再分为有淋巴结转移组(A1组,41例)和无淋巴结转移组(A2组,11例)。结果 A组E-Cad表达率明显低于B组(55.8%vs.85.0%)(P<0.01);A1组E-Cad表达率明显低于A2组(53.7%vs 63.6%)(P<0.05)。A组MMP-2表达率为73.08%,而B组仅少数上皮细胞表达MMP-2(P<0.01);A1组MMP-2表达率明显高于A2组(85.4%vs 27.3%)(P<0.01)。MMP-2与E-Cad表达呈负相关(r=-0.412,P<0.01)。结论鼻咽癌组织低表达E-Cad,高表达MMP-2;其表达差异也明显存在于有、无淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌组织中。 Objective To investigate the expressions of E-cadherin and matrix metallopro-teinase-2(MMP-2) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods The expressions of E-cadherin and MMP-2 were detected in 52 NPC samples(group A) and 20 normal nasopharyngeal tissues(group B) with immunohistochemisty staining.Group A was subdivided into two groups of A1(41 cases,with lymph node metastasis) and A2(11 cases,without lymph node metastasis). Results The expression rate of E-cadherin was lower in group A than that in group B(55.8% vs.85.0%)(P0.01),which was lower in group A1 than that in group A2(53.7% vs.63.6%)(P0.05).The expression rate of MMP-2 was 73.1%,which of MMP-2 in group B was almost zero(P0.01).The expression rate of MMP-2 was higher in group A1 than that in group A2(85.4% vs.27.3%)(P0.01).The expression of E-cadherin was negatively correlated with that of MMP-2(r=-0.412,P0.01). Conclusion In NPC,E-cadherin was low-expressed,but MMP-2 was high-expressed.The difference of the expressions of E-cadherin and MMP-2 exists between NPC with and without lymph node metastasis.
