全瓷冠修复颜色偏差的影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨全瓷冠修复颜色偏差的影响因素。方法选择行桩核全瓷冠修复的患者296例,记录桩核材料类型和树脂粘接剂色号,测量瓷层和树脂粘接剂厚度,将出现颜色偏差的129颗患牙作为研究对象,根据桩核材料、树脂粘接剂色号、瓷厚度、树脂粘接剂厚度分类统计全瓷冠颜色偏差检出率,分析颜色偏差的原因。结果不同桩核材料全瓷冠颜色偏差的检出率,抛光钯银合金桩核为31.78%,氧化锆桩树脂核为10.08%,氧化锆全瓷桩核为8.53%;树脂粘接剂的选择中,以选用色号A3的树脂粘接剂全瓷冠颜色偏差的检出率最高,为4.65%(16/129);瓷厚度低于正常值时颜色偏差检出率高(3.11%),瓷厚度高于正常值时颜色偏差检出率则低(0.78%);树脂粘接剂厚度低于正常厚度时颜色偏差检出率高(1.55%),树脂粘接剂厚度高于正常厚度时颜色偏差检出率则低(0.78%)。结论对颜色效果要求较高的全瓷冠修复病例,推荐使用全瓷桩核或氧化锆桩树脂核做桩核,尽量使用树脂粘接剂与试色糊剂颜色一致性较好的材料及色号进行粘接,控制瓷厚度和树脂粘接剂的厚度。
