MKP-1在肿瘤中的表达及病理学意义探讨

摘要 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶系统(MAPKs)是生物体内最为重要的信号转导系统之一,是信号从胞外经由胞膜转导至胞核的重要信号通路。该信号通路与细胞复杂的生理、病理功能的行使密切相关,围绕此通路在细胞分化、增殖、凋亡及肿瘤发生、发展的病理生理过程中扮演的分子角色的研究方兴未艾。功能行使完毕的MAPK由胞内的丝裂原活化蛋白激酶磷酸酶家族系列激酶(MKPs)灭活,从而反馈性地对细胞的生理、病理活动进行调节,MKP-1是该家族中功效最高、研究最为深入的MKPs。本文就MKP-1的在不同肿瘤中的表达与肿瘤性质、分化程度及预后、在不同肿瘤中行使的抑癌或促癌的分子功能等诸多方面的新近研究结果及进展进行综述。
