摘要
舞剧《一把酸枣》精品剧目的演出,不同于传统教学剧目演出,它要推向社会、面向观众,"真刀真枪",而非"仿真彩排"。这对学生职业技能的提高、职业道德的养成、就业能力的提升、对促进优秀艺术人才的培养等各个方面都起到了积极的推动作用。在目标、课程、评价体系等方面构成了"剧目导向"人才培养模式的内涵。华晋舞剧团的成立和舞剧《一把酸枣》的演出,不仅为人民群众提供了精神产品,繁荣了山西的文艺舞台;同时,通过参与这些剧目的创作、排练和演出,极大地提高了广大师生的实践动手能力,为高素质实用型人才的培养搭建起了广阔的平台,拓展了艺术表演人才培养模式改革的空间。
The performance of the dance drama a Handful of Wild Jujubes is different from that of the traditional teaching repertoire.Unlike the rehearsal,it faces the society and the audience,which plays a positive role to improve professional skills of students,cultivate professional ethics,enhance the employability and train outstanding artistic talents.The content of the "repertoire-oriented" training model consists of the objectives,curriculum,evaluation system and so on.The establishment of Huajin dance troupe and the performance of the dance drama a Handful of Wild Jujubes provide the people a spiritual product,contribute to the prosperity of performing arts in Shanxi province and greatly improve the practical ability of teachers and students by participating in the creation,rehearsals and performances of the dance drama,which provide a broad platform for the training of high-quality talents and the reform of the training model of performing arts talents.
