摘要 "以赛促教"是舞蹈系在学院升格为高职后,借浙江文化大省建设东风和教育教学平台拓宽的有利条件,在高等舞蹈表演人才目标培养模式上的一种新探索,它以参加全国各级各类实践演出和舞蹈比赛为出发点,将严格的比赛规格和要求与同时期舞蹈教学发展水平相结合,以赛为眼,以赛创优,从而明确自身在同类艺术院校教育教学中的位置和方向,全面提升相应的训练要求和审美标准,并将其作为日常教学的手段和教学改革的主要内容进行贯彻执行,从目标和结果两方面入手,强化素质教育,突出以能力为本位,促进舞蹈表演人才的培养步入有针对性的良性循环。 The dancers training model of "promoting teaching in competitions" is a new exploration in the context of building a culturally strong province and broadening education platform.Taking the participation in various types of nationwide performances and dance competitions as a starting point,it introduces strict requirements of the competition into the dance teaching of the same period,so as to clearly define the location and direction among art colleges.We should enhance the appropriate training requirements and aesthetic standards,and make it a means of everyday teaching and the main content of teaching reform.We should start with both objectives and results,strengthen the quality oriented education,highlight the ability,and promote a virtuous circle of dancers training.
