摘要
目的本研究通过额断面超声切面法显示实验猪左室前壁部分心肌,并且将超声影像学图像与心脏解剖进行对比研究,探寻额断面超声切面显示左室前壁局部心肌图像。方法采用二维超声额断面切面法对5只上海白猪,进行左心室前壁心肌的超声图像采集,并且在超声图像记录后即刻,沿超声束路径截取左室前壁心肌的解剖平面,将其与额断面超声切面进行对比研究。同时在显示的左室前壁心肌上取5个感兴趣点,使用斑点成像软件分析5个点的位移、速度、应变及应变率。结果经超声影像学图像与心脏解剖进行对比,二维超声能够显示实验猪左室前壁的部分心肌的额断面超声图像。斑点追踪技术测得实验猪左室前壁心肌额断面各点运动位移、速度、应变和应变率,应变平均为-1.71%~1.33%,应变率平均为-3.08~2.49 s-1,左室前壁心肌额断切面上各取样点运动位移、速度、应变和应变率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用额断面显像法显示实验猪左室前壁部分心肌的二维超声图像方法及斑点追踪成像测量局部心功能的方法,可能为今后判定左室前壁心节段运动提供一种新的观察手段。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of visualization for anterior wall(AW) of left ventricle(LV) with coronal section by two-dimensional echocardiography(TDE) in a porcine experiment.Methods Echocardiographic images of AW of LV using coronal section by TDE were compared with those in anatomy in 5 porcine.After collection of images of the AW in TDE,heart was removed and dissected along the path of ultrasonic beam.The images recorded by TDE were compared with those of anatomic views.Displacement,velocity,strain and strain rate in 5 spots at AW of LV by speckle-tracking imaging were analyzed.Results TDE was used to catch the image of myocardium in AW of LV.The images by TDE were in accordance with those seen in anatomic views.Strain and strain rate calculated by soft-ware of Speckle-tracking imaging(STI) were-1.71%-1.33% and-3.08 s-1-2.49 s-1,respectively.No significant differences were found among the 5 spots in AW of LV(P0.05).Conclusion Two-dimensional echocardiography with coronal section and speckle-tracking imaging may provide a new measure for assessment of regional wall motion of left ventricle.
