乳腺导管内原位癌的影像学诊断进展 被引量:3

摘要 目前,乳腺癌是威胁世界女性生命健康最常见的恶性肿瘤。随着医学的发展,乳腺癌尤其是早期乳腺导管内原位癌可以通过影像学检查方法如乳腺X线摄影等早期发现,进而提高了乳腺癌的治愈率,降低病死率。本文就乳腺X线摄影、超声、MRI及PET-CT等影像学检查方法对乳腺导管内原位癌的诊断价值进行综述。 Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor threatening health of women in the world.With the development of modern medicine breast cancer,especially ductal carcinoma in situ,can be detected by breast imaging techniques;therefore,the cure rate has been improved and the mortality rate has decreased.This article reviews the progress of mammography,ultrasonography,MRI,PET-CT and other imaging techniques in diagnosis of breast ductal carcinoma in situ.
